THEFT OF TOOLS OF TRADE
In December 2024, Amanda Martin, MP for Portsmouth North spoke to Parliament regarding the ‘Theft of Tools (Sentencing)’ Bill.
In her address she outlined the impact of tool theft from vans by criminals, and the impact this has on victims. She spoke about current sentencing guidelines, and proposed new guidelines.
